Return Policy

We take customer satisfaction and the quality of our products and services very seriously at KP Kitchen Taiwan Limited (known in Chinese as 凱焙廚房有限公司). We have written this returns policy to clarify the circumstances and process for dealing with requests for returns from our customers.


We accept returns on:

  • Defective consumable products which have not yet expired.
  • Unused non-consumable products (for example, baking pans) within 30 days.
  • Baking classes or special events 5 days or more before the event date.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Consumable food products (for example, baking, spice, and/or drink mixes).
  • Baking classes, baker space or special events less than 5 days before the event date.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale products.
  • Delivery charges.

How to process a return? 

  • Defective consumable products which have not yet expired:
    • Contact us to confirm that you have a problem with a product. Please provide the details of purchase, including a copy of the original receipt. If possible, send us a photo of the problem. If we determine your problem was due to a defective product, we will offer you a refund or replacement product.
  • Unused non-consumable products (for example, baking pans) within 30 days:
    • Contact us to confirm that you wish to return your product. Then mail your product to: 13 Floor, 560 Zhongxiao East Road, Section 4, Xinyi District, Taipei, 110. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. We will offer you a refund within 7 business days of receipt of your return.
  • Baking classes, bakers space or special events:
    • If you notify us 5 days or more before the event date, you can cancel your baking class or transfer your baking class to another available date or to someone else. 
    • If you notify us less than 5 days before the event, you can send someone else to the event in your place.


We require a receipt as proof of purchase to process your refund. If you do not have your receipt, we may consider an exchange on a case by case basis.

Refunds within seven days of purchase will be sent to the original payment method. Otherwise, bank direct transfers will be used. 


Changes to Returns Policy 

We may change this Returns Policy at any time with immediate effect. Please check this page for updates.
